Information
Duration: 2004 to Present.

Locations: Approximately 335 regularly sampled on TNC bottomlands, 100 - 300+ on each adjacent town owned bottomland (Babylon, Brookhaven, Islip) - in 2008 we hit 1300 stations total.

Flora of Interest: Eelgrass presence or absence.

Fauna of Interest: Hard clams and other benthic invertebrates; particularly bivalves. Predators of hard clams.

Parameters Collected: Hard clam presence and size, sediment type, presence of other species of interest; at minimum identified to genus level.

Public Availability: Not publicly accessible but available upon request; data shared with researchers.
